About the Role* We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantum Coffee Engineer to join our rapidly scaling, innovation-driven, synergy-focused team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize next-generation beverage-to-productivity pipelines while collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple dimensions of reality.
*Key Responsibilities*
Architect and maintain scalable coffee delivery frameworks
Translate caffeine requirements into actionable sprint items
Optimize bean-to-cup performance metrics
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Snack Operations teams
Lead strategic discussions on mug capacity and refill automation
Document processes in unnecessarily detailed Confluence pages
*Requirements*
3+ years of experience in beverage engineering or related field
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Espresso methodologies
Experience working in fast-paced, highly caffeinated environments
Ability to lift up to 2kg of premium roasted beans
Excellent communication skills (human or AI acceptable)
*Nice to Have*
PhD in Theoretical Latte Art
Kubernetes certification (for coffee pods orchestration)
Prior experience in a unicorn startup valued at “stealth mode”
